Our story
Built from years on the road, not from a business plan.
Halcolux was founded by Eduard Bucur, after years of serving international clients who kept meeting the same problem: an industry full of cars, and very few operators who treat the job as a profession. Vehicles unprepared. Chauffeurs on their phones. Quotes that move after the journey.
The answer was to build an operator around the standards observed at the top of the market — the licensing discipline, the preparation routines, the discretion — and make them non-negotiable at every price point we offer.
Today Halcolux serves private clients, executive assistants and corporate travel bookers across London and the United Kingdom, with the same brief every time: arrive composed.

Every chauffeur holds the correct private-hire licence and completes an enhanced DBS check before their first journey.
