Asked before every booking.
Should I book transfers or hourly hire for an event?
If you may leave early, change venues or want the car nearby all evening, hourly wins. For a fixed dinner-to-dinner plan, two transfers are more economical. We advise per booking — honestly.
Can you decorate the car for the occasion?
Yes — ribbon styling for celebrations and discreet decoration for engagements or anniversaries, fitted before pick-up. Tell us the plan in the notes.
How far in advance should we book event dates?
For peak season (Ascot, Wimbledon, December) two to three weeks secures your preferred class; Signature vehicles book out earliest.
Do you wait during the event?
With hourly hire, yes — included in the rate. With point-to-point transfers, we quote a pick-up window instead.
