Asked before every booking.
Can we view the car before booking?
Yes. For Signature and wedding bookings we arrange a viewing at our London base, or send detailed photos and the exact vehicle specification — the car you see is the car that comes.
Do you decorate the car with ribbons?
Yes — ribbon styling in your colours, classic or minimal, fitted before pick-up at no charge. Many couples also choose flowers via their florist; we coordinate the fitting.
How long do we have the car?
Your choice: ceremony-only packages, half days or full days with the car and chauffeur at your disposal. The itinerary you approve sets the hours.
What if our timings slip on the day?
The buffers we built in absorb it, and your chauffeur re-plans the remaining legs in real time. This is precisely why the plan is written before the morning.
