FAQ
Asked before every booking.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, three hours — enough for a run of meetings or an evening out. Beyond that you book exactly the hours you need, plus extensions in 30-minute increments if the day runs long.
Can the chauffeur wait between my appointments?
That is the point of hourly hire. The car stays with you all day: your mobile office, wardrobe and waiting room, wherever the day goes.
Can I book by the hour outside London?
Yes. Hourly hire works anywhere in the UK, subject to positioning time for locations far from our base — quoted transparently upfront.
What if I need to change the itinerary mid-journey?
Tell your chauffeur. Changes within the booked hours are simply accommodated; longer detours are agreed by message with any extra cost stated before it is incurred.
